The tacos are great but I ordered a quesadilla and my 2.50$ taco had more meat then my 7.50$ quesadilla

Indispensable! Excellent, authentic eat- in and take-out Poblano food. Also, great groceries, fresh and very well priced. If you're new to the neighborhood, you should know: THIS is the neighborhood.

A small Mexican grocery with a great little restaurant in the back and a few tables in the middle. Great, cheap tacos that all come with guacamole, recommend carne asada and carne enchilada. On the weekends they have some of the best tamales I've ever had. They make their own mole, which is great, and you can get mole poblano, enchiladas, or you can just buy a tub of it to use in your own dishes. Cheap beer too. I'm still working my way through the menu, will update when I've tried more...
