Company overcharged for a service call on my HP printer,
Labor was $125.00 and tech replaced two rollers and did a quick cleaning was done in 20 min
and charged $40.00 for the rollers. I felt this was a bit unreasonable. I called several other companies after the fact and was told the rollers should of been no more then $10.00 a roller and Labor should of been no more then $95.00 for less then a half hr of actual labor. I suggest calling or researching other repair companies before using this company unless your ok with paying over priced service.
