The staff and doctors were fine but the overall office experience was terrible. First, the office has so many patients that it takes over a month to get an appointment with a doctor for a check-up. Sick visits can be accommodated relatively quickly to see a nurse. Second issue is that the office nickel and dimes you for everything. If you need to get a form filled out it's $15, if that form needs to be updated it's $15, if you need your medical records it's $15. The 3rd and final issue is if you decide to leave the practice and need your child's medical records they charge you $15 and then it takes them 2 weeks to actually send them. It is the 21 century so it shouldn’t take two weeks before a file is mailed out.
