I have attended 4 classes at this school, in that short time i have become a true supporter of this school. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient and the same goes for the other students,whom are always willing to help, their are no egos, just cool people working hard and having a good time. OMG MMA carries on the tradition of other martial arts by promoting focus, discipline, respect and self confidence in their students. oh yeah and its a lot of fun. Peace.
