Greyhound Package Express

Place is not nice and comfortable, its usually smelly. Buses are delayed most of the time here. I wish they could make it more comfortable for the travelling passengers, you usually have homeless people sleeping there and thats not good for the service that you pay for travelling through Greyhound.

Everyone is very friendly and exceptional workers very helpful as well... except Suzette the manager. She is public enemy number one and very nasty. The staff hate her and so do the costumers. I travel often and she is always arguing with some customer or yelling at a staff member she nasty and mean and she's very firm and argumentative. Try to avoid her monstrous ways at all costs. She's there on weekdays in the afternoon.

1 star is really a generous rating from me. I'm currently on the phone with them to simply get the tracking number for a package I shipped from this location (because the package is taking too long to get here). After being placed on hold for 10 minutes on 2 occasions, the customer service girl finally gave me a 1-800 number to call ... and it was a 1-800 for a discount cruise to Mexico. Now they aren't picking up my calls anymore.

I cannot make this stuff up. Word of advice: if you ever ship anything with any Grey Hound, hang on to the receipt and make sure the package is insured (if they don't suggest insuring it, ask about it)

Daily tracking updates. Fast delivery/3 days halfway cross country . Prompt phone notification that package arrived & daily calls until picked up. Helpful & courteous counter people. EZ PZ pickup.
Have someone wait in the car across from the station if you don't want to pay for lot parking a good block away. $5 daily storage charge if item not picked up after 3 days form delivery.
