favorite pants ruined. simplest of instructions ignored. will never go back here. would give 0 stars if i could.

The people there are borderline rude (sometimes actually rude). They close the store 15 minutes before they say it closes. They have lost several items of mine and then acted indignant about it...and not to mention messed some stuff up. I kept going for the sake of proximity to my house...but its over. I cant take it.

I brought my clothes here because it was conveniently located and reasonably priced and organic, which makes me feel good about myself. I was going out of town and needed my clothes done pretty quickly but was told they wouldn't be available until after I left. No big deal, I could do without them on this trip. Upon returning to pick up my items, I was shocked to see they were actually dirtier than when I brought them in. I had a sweater dress, ALL of the buttons were missing! And these were large sturdy buttons that could handle their own. The clothes also smelled terrible, like they were sitting in the attic of some old man that hadn't bathed in a very long time. Very musty. Another sweater of mine shrunk so much, I couldn't even fit into it anymore. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE IF YOU WANT TO WEAR THEM AGAIN.

I really tried to keep giving them my business but this week was the last straw. They were convenient for me because they are open on Sundays and I could find a parking space. After having to have them redo pressing so many times because they put "random creases" as Lauren calls them below, in my seasonless wool suit pants and jackets, as well as my silk blouses, when my boyfriend took our stuff over there this past Sunday at 4:05 pm, and tried to pick up his laundered shirts that were there, he was told by the two girls sitting behind the counter that they couldn't help him because they had just closed. They said they were closing an hour early because it was Mother's Day. Yes-THEY REFUSED TO SERVE HIM EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE STILL HANGING AROUND!

I will take our hundreds of dollars worth of dry cleaning business back to Diaz cleaners on Driggs and South 4th. No parking but they are pleasant and do a professional job!

Absolutely agree with Lauren! Most horrific job drycleaning! They have ruined 4 pairs of very expensive designer's slacks and then accused me of... ruining my own clothes. He refused to return my money and siggested I called 311 to complain. He is not going to last in this location. DON"T USE THEM
