Greenwich Cleaners

This is the worst place ever. Not only are they disorganized but they are NASTY. They delivered someone elses clothes to my building and charged my credit card. When I called them to inform them they started yelling at me for not calling them sooner even though i told them i was out of town...How they stay in business is a mystery to me. Just awful

I count all of my dry cleaning items prior to handing in my bag for bleaning and especially take note whenever I turn in my tuxedo shirt for cleaning. They lost my $200 shirt and deny I ever turned it in. While this is the first time in two years that I've had anything go wrong, I won't be using them again. What more can you do, photograph your items every time?

I know that this is an expensive neighborhood, but these guys are ridiculous. They wouldnt't launder half my shirts, demanding to dry-clean them at $6.50 a shirt. I could buy new ones for less. They also charge $20 to hem pants. My goodness!

Not only did I have to fight tooth and nail for them to pay HALF of what it cost to clean my shower curtain that they shrunk to an unusable size, they delivered half of someone else's laundry to my door 3 times. We were late to work fixing this mistake and they made us pay full price for the clothes that weren't ours. The owner is despicable and nobody should use this cleaner.
