Terrible workmanship. Not only was the stitching sloppy they did not keep the original look of the clothing. I had a blazer and two pair of pants done. For the jacket sleeves they took off length right up to the button. Obviously a jacket in not suppose to look this way. The pants were both stitched with the same color which is different from the original stitching, just pure laziness and the stitching is crocked and just jumbled at the sides with string hanging off.

Blatantly fraudulent.
I got a bill for 18 lbs of laundry, but weighed the bag at home and got 14 lbs. I asked for pickup/delivery service again, weighing the bill against my scale, and got the same result.
Finally I brought the clothing in myself, saw the Korean owner weigh it at 14 lbs and mark it up to 17 lbs. When I pointed it out he changed it.
Essentially he adds 25% to every order, or steals $20 of every $100 you give him.
