My representative is amazing! His name is Chris Quinntana and he could not be more helpful. He solved all of my problems and answered all of my questions with patience and a great attitude. In fact, I have been back a couple of times to ask random questions and he is always extremely helpful and kind. His customer service is impeccable . He is serious management material! Thank you Chris!

I've come in here plenty of times for our family plan but this time was a bit complicated. I had a myriad of issues that needed some clearing up. I went in the store and a young gentleman by the name of Milad helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He seemed to genuinely be willing to help me out and advise me on what plan works best for me for my needs.
I would definitely recommend this place for the high quality service and attention that I received from the staff. Good job, Milad and thanks for your help.

I purchased my phones somewhere else and went to the new Verizon store in Greenvale to set them up. and transfer the contacts. Bella the manager welcomed me with a smile and not only did she help me she told me about the great holiday promotions where I get a tablet! I needed one and didn't even know I could get it. I am so happy I found this Greenvale store. Its very convenient and will recommend this to all my family and friends!
