- Terrible #86392

The recycling plant stinks to high heaven 24 hours a day, the trucks leave broken glass, metal pieces and plastic in the streets and the flying pieces of paper litters the streets for blocks anytime there is the slightest breeze. "Green' - not by a longshot.
