These guys are awesome, stand up business that treats its customers right.

I ordered a bike through them, during shipping through no fault of their own there was some very minor cosmetic damage done to the battery casing.

They told me about the damage (that I probably wouldn't have noticed) and offered me a $50.00 refund or a free lock.

Great guys, stand up business, only wish they had a shop in my neighborhood.

One of the best electric bike store in new york city.they have big selections of electric bikes in the store and staff was very helpful and knowledgeful of the electric bikes they sell.if you want electric bike then this is the place go.We got our easy motion(Neo-cross) there about year and half ago and it still runs like a champ.

I come here all the time. This is my favorite spot to get my bike fixed. GREAT SERVICE! And they have TONS of electric bikes to try out. These guys are pros and super nice. They really work hard to make sure people are happy. A+

I bought an Emotion Evo City Ebike from this shop...I Love It!! The owner Damon and his knowledgeable staff really took time helping me decide on this bike. They are eager to please and always make sure the customer leaves happy! I highly recommend!
