Very bad service. I made reservation to JFK , paid in advance for 4am on Thanksgiving, was told that driver will call me around 3;30 am. I called dispatcher around 3;45, on my third phone call Sheila picked up finally and told me that driver on his way and gave wrong address. I was very upset and she found only one excuse , that another girl left that notice for her. Driver was in time, but argued with me all the way. Called me stupid, saying that I won't call them again. He could save money , if he knew that Verizano bridge from NJ is free and EZ Pass will help too. My neighbor complained about their dispatcher too. Stay away from this company

This is one of the best companies at west orange and surrounding areas, I really recommend it. great cars, excellent customer service ( drivers and dispatcher )

REALLY CLEAN CARS, RELIABLE, FRIENDLY DRIVERS AND DISPATCHERS, WONT REGRET IT... ONCE YOU GO GREEN YOU WINT TRY OTHER COMPANY. BEST TAXI COMPANY IN THE AREA. ☆☆☆☆☆

I recomment this taxi service very highlty i called them to go to the airport at the last minute my car broked down , i they were on my and in my way to take my flight , great service
