DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE FOR HALLOWEEN. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING THAT U DO, AND U CAN ONLY STAY IN THE BOUNCY FOR 2 MINUTES..THEY SHOULD CHARGE ONE PRICE FOR THE WHOLE VISIT...THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. THEY NEED A BETTER SYSTEM, LIKE A BRACELET TO SHOW THAT THE KIDS PAID.
WE EVEN GOT YELLED AT FOR SITTING ON A PUMPKIN..HELLO, KIDS SIT ON PUMPKINS TO TAKE PICTURES. WILL NOT BE GOING HERE NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!

In May 2011 Green Side up has done landscaping work around my house.
The job was done well and the price was decent. However, according to our contract
they guaranteed to replace any plant or a tree within a year time if it dies. And a few did.
In fall 2011 my wife requested a replacement and was promised that estimator will come over,
but he/she never did. Comes spring 2011. I have called three times during the last two months and made one visit.
They keep promising to send someone "next week" to check which plants died
and I keep waiting for that followup call... it's almost June.
The time is of the essence here. They may eventually come over, but I don't want to replace plants in the middle of July.
If they don't have enough people to do it now, they should apologize and reimburse me for died plants
so I can at least find another contractor to do a job this season.
They choose to keep feeding their customers with promises instead.
