I ordered Flowers to be delivered on a birthday that fell on a Sunday ... all their ads and their online order date selection said Sunday delivery accepted. They did not call to tell the recipient or to tell me they would not deliver on a Sunday. They delivered the flowers the day after the birthday. Unacceptable. I called to ask what happened and the person could only say they would have the manager call me. NO call.
I called and spoke to the manager. It was a few days before Mothers day. He said he was sorry but if I wanted to order something he would make it up to me. I ordered a dozen yellow roses for $80.00 and received the same mixed arrangement I ordered (4 roses) for the birthday for $40.00. I would NEVER call this FLORIST again.
