We were group of friends and we tried to order sandwich and the guy was taking our order with attitude Which made as to leave without eating there.

The sandwiches are good, tasty, and filling.The main problem of this restaurant is that they have the worst customer service and organization. The cashiers are very rude and their ordering/payment system is absolutely terrible. I'm guaranteeing buying a chicken back in the stone age would have yielded a better experience.It's so off putting that it doesn't matter how good the sandwiches are - terrile experience.

Such a disrespectful place. The only friendly people are the cashiers. Every time I got there I have a bad experience. I will never go back there.

Amazing food with an amazing value! Was with a group of eight in September 2010 (from Toronto, Canada) and saw a man handing out coupons on 57 St. for the restaurant. We decided to check it out and were all impressed with the quality of the food and value for it as well. A single serving of pasta fed us both lunch and dinner! Staff was amazing...they do not have waitresses but the cashier served us anyway so we made sure she got a tip that she usually doesn't receive. I have been recommending this place to all of my friends who visit NY. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the near future!
