Expensive but so far I love how they clean my clothes without the toxic smell!

They cleaned my clothes ok they got all the strains and smells off really good tho. My clothes were ready for pickup and they charged me a fare price

Overpriced! I had 2 exactly same items and one came out 15 and the other 20 after a 10% off a new customer discount. I don't know how they do the prices than??? On top of everything they did a terrible job, the stain was still there! I was wondering did they even try to clean it???

The Positive:.My shirts come back nicely cleaned without bad smells.
The Negative..These people are highly unreliable. They rarely pick up or deliver on time. The often send clothes back piecemeal, delivering some pieces on one day, and others on another, without ever telling you in advance that they are doing so. I just scheduled a pickup online, and have been waiting over a week for the clothes. I just spoke with my doorman, and he advised that they never even picked up the bag. The bag is sitting in the doorman's area. I'm steaming. They had confirmed pickup, never showed, and now I'm stuck without clean clothes. The last time they screwed me, they promised me a $20 credit on my next order. They never gave it to me. I'm breaking up with Green Apple Cleaners immediately.

Disingenuine service. Not easy to ask questions. Not a thankyou. Not a smile. These observations after spending nearly $200 on overpriced cleaning....Will I go back, let me think about it, NO!
