I lost my phone in this supermarket, I went there to talk to the manager. The lady fortunately happened to be near. So I explained my trouble, and wanted to leave my contact in case if someone finds it. She squeezes her face and walked away. I followed her and tried to explain my problem and just wanted to leave my contact, she told me 'Stop, stand there, the other manager come'. In 20 minutes, nobody came to me, I was spending time just standing. I don't think that's a proper attitude to 8 year customer who seeks just help, treating like a trouble or something they don't care.
I probably won't go to the supermarket, totally lost credibility.
If they treat neighbor customers like this way, what else can be good.
