Depends on the day. The delivery guy always delivers to whatever building I ask him to at my Community College. Usually takes about 30 minutes most depending on the time but sometimes can be quick as 15 minutes. Food is mediocre at best.

I was a fan of this restaurant since 2012. they serve really good food. especially dumplings. and now, they even make fast delivery to my office.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Chinese restaurant, so much so that I was actually compelled to write a review. They almost seem angry that you are giving them business, and constantly scowl at you. In addition, they served me white rice when I specifically ordered brown and when I asked for them to change it they demanded I pay extra and stared angrily at me. The man tried to tell me that I ordered white rice which I have never done in my entire life. Not to mention, the food was mediocre at best.
