No frills dumpling and Chinese takeout place. The food is tasty and super cheap though. You can also buy bulk bags of frozen dumplings to take home.

This place has changed owners a few times in the past several years and seems to keep going downhill. You can still get decent dumplings for cheap but it isn't as tasty as it used to be.
