I purchased a Groupon for Picosure Tattoo Removal a few months ago. I just made an appointment for my third session and just recently purchased an additional Groupon. I have a pretty large tattoo on my back and I wasn't sure if the entire piece would be covered for the Groupon price but Carla was great to work with and informed me it would be. The process itself is a bit painful but Carla made sure I was comfortable the entire time and stopped each time I needed a break. As the other reviewer mentioned, I blistered as well, however blistering is quite common in tattoo removal. My skin healed very well and the tattoo is noticeably lighter already. After the first session I asked Carla to turn up the machine a bit and she did with no problem. I'm excited for my next session and to watch this tattoo fade away!

Dr. Marciano gave me Juvederm injections for my cheeks and the lines on the side of my nose to lips. She did an amazing job and I am now totally addicted to this procedure! She filled out each area with care. She is very humble and personable and always does a great job!

I bought a deal on groupon, $135 for 3 sessions. I was very excited to see how these three sessions would go, since I haven't seen much results from my previous tattoo removal sessions at a different location.
The first session was great- it was done carefully and efficiently. I was very impressed. However, when the second session was done, the medical assistant Carla, was not as efficient with the tattoo. Certain sections were not covered as closely and did not seem affected at all by the laser. When I asked about it she kind of just brushed it off and said that the skin isn't going to react the same way each session. I took in what she said and let the day pass, anxious to see how it would look once I woke up; the tattoo was barely pink and the area of the tattoo that wasn't affected ended up looking exactly as it did before the session. I called the following day to let her know that I wasn't happy with the session and that I was concerned I wasnt getting the full benefit of the treatment that I had paid for. I didn't feel as though my concerns were being heard and she again stated that the treatment isn't going to be the same for every session.
I went to the third session only for the simple fact that it was already paid for, if not, I would have went to a different company. Before the session started, I asked if we could concentrate on the part of the tattoo that is still predominantly dark since it was barely affected last time. She said the whole tattoo has to be treated equally; the session took a little longer than last time which I was pleased with.
The next day I woke up to a huge blister on the section of the tattoo that barely had any ink in the first place. I've experience blisters before, as this was my 5th tattoo removal session, however, the blister that I now have from this last session is the worst by far.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!
