Great Neck Medical Group

This office is among the worst I have ever had the experience of visiting. My appointment was for before lunch time and I wasn't seen until 5pm. Talk about absurd. This wasn't a one time occurrence. It seems to be the norm more than the exception I don't know if it's because they overbook or just don't care about patients but this is an office I will not be frequenting again.

I have never had a problem Staff is great He always takes time to answer all questions in easy to understand language

Avoid at all costs. Been going here for a while but now 3 of the main doctors left to Prohealth about a half a mile away. The staff here is rude (sadly especially the office manager Denice) and the doctors are confused of why you came, they say "didn't dr. XYZ move to Prohealth? He didn't have time for you so you came here?"

Not the type of people you want having access to your personal medical information/needs.

Shame on NYU for putting their name on a place with such disgusting people.

Thankfully there are many more doctors in the area- go somewhere else.

Funny how there used to be about 30 people waiting in the waiting room on any given day, at any given time. Last I was there they only had 4 elderly patients waiting to a the doctor.

Staff is overwhelmed. They triple book, every day. The wait time is an average of 4-5 hours. Dr. Schwarzwald is the ONLY physician who seems to know what he is doing. DO NOT SEE JEFFREY SPIVAK.....he is the worst!!! Will not be there for you in an emergency. Does not take time to speak with patients. He may even say something inflammatory that will get you upset. Don't waste your time with Spivak, his wallet is more important to him than you are.

Btw, I am healthy, young, and have been a patient of theirs for years
