Great Neck Florist

Horrible owners and horrible flowers! My father sent flowers to me for my birthday on Tuesday night. The unopened ones never opened and by Friday everything was just about dead. I called first thing Saturday morning because they were closed Friday when I came home from work and all the owner did was yell and then she hung up on me. She was screaming I should have called within 2 days, but the truth is that I thought they would still open on the third day instead of die. Any reputable florist would be willing to see that there was obviously a problem and bring fresh ones. My friends gave me ones from the Stop and Shop the same night and they still look as fresh as when I received them. Stay away from these people!!! If there is a way to add a photo I will. I would have given no stars, but would not allow the post without choosing one star.

I ordered a Premium bouquet a week prior to when it was delivered. When I saw what was delivered. It was totally different!

It had one white rose, and a few pink. I did not see the spray roses . They not only used different flowers, but the size of arrangement was nothing like pictured. They should have just called it "we will put whatever flowers we have left over". Total mismatch of flowers; no theme; not even close to what was pictured.
