Wish I could give zero stars. The lady who cut my hair either had no idea how to cut hair or did not care in the slightest, honestly I think it is both. Had to get another hair cut immediately after I left. When she said she was done I couldn't believe it, did not even say anything because I did not want her to continue clipping away at my hair. Do not go here, I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The negative reviews on this shop aren't the example, but I believe, the exception. This shop is clean as a whistle, the staff are friendly, professional and take the time to cut your hair exactly as you request. They actually maintain computer records on every customer to familiarize themselves with your preferences. Diane is the best haircutter I've seen in many years and I would follow her anywhere.

Their pre-consultation was a joke; they didn't cut my hair to my liking at all - been growing it back to an acceptable length for over a month.
