I went in because I needed a haircut for my sister's wedding and thought it was convenient to go here while I was in the middle of a long day of errands. I asked for a simple haircut (zero on the sides and back, one on top). I got done and was in a rush so I didn't notice until a day later when I had a moment to breathe that they had left several patches of hair unevenly cut along the top of my head. I promptly went to super cuts and got it fixed.
