This place has pretty good digs and a great atmosphere, we have been a few times and thoroughly enjoy the menu. The service can be slow at times but they are so friendly we tend to ignore it. All around: come eat here, you will not be disappointed.

Enjoyed lunch : we were almost the only people in the restaurant, lovely ambience (loved the black and whites prints adorning the walls), service was delightful and the food delicious and largish portions (for our moderate appetites!). Good vegetarian options! A place we look forward to visiting.
And if you do go to the bathrooms, check out the wall paper!!

Very well done and unique space, but the food was not great. Pretty tasteless and given the prices, expected much better. The service was not great, either. I hope they upgrade the food and service...the atmosphere was special, but nothing else was!

Grape and Vine is situated inside the Jade Hotel in Greenwich Village, which makes it a little hard to find. Once you enter the lobby, your senses will be engaged by the warm fireplace and the chic decor. To start off, I recommend the East Coast Oysters. Follow it up with the delectable Pancko Crusted Chicken, which was cooked flawlessly enough to entrap the spices and flavors. The greens served as a perfect compliment to the chicken/
