Ordered a granite top at comparable prices. They came to measure but never advised me that I needed to have a plumber remove the sink and disconnect the water. They charged me $100.00 for visit and I had to escalate the issue to get this fee removed. The employee that came to measure the counter seemed annoyed at any question we asked.
I paid cash for an expedited installation of 5-7 days although they originally estimated 2-3 days if I paid cash.
It's day 8 and no call from them. I called them today for various times and a fax answered my call. I tried the number a few times to ensure I dialed it correctly. I just called again and finally got through after the telephone ring numerous times. I was rudely answered and then without notice transferred to someone's voicemail. I now need to await a call back.
Not impressed by the customer service.
