Grandview Hotel New York

place is brand new owned by chainess. Front desk ppl are very nice and respectful. Room is small and acceptable for 2 persons only. Very clean and all towels and bed and pillow similar to 5 star hotels. there is a nice stop and shop market place just right behind this hotel.comparing with Mannhaten hotels, the hotel is not recommended if you have kids, as it is far from entertainments unless you are ok to drive every time your kids want to go out. Area around looks like china town and safe as i saw kids playing around at 9pm with thier Moms. i will evaluate it overall at 4.5/5.

The hotel is well located and reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and the personnel are very kind and helpful. The drawbacks were that the room was very small and the limited parking available. The bathroom was spotless, sitting water pressure, and the hot water was very responsive.

Great and inexpensive place to stay. Male sure you use the door handle upwards not the conventional way of downwards.

Friends booked a room at the hotel but when we got there they wanted a deposit that was more than double the price of the hotel room in cash which made no sense and we did not have 400 dollars in cash. Horrible service. We had to call the next day to get a refund even though we did not stay in the hotel. Do not go.

A brand new hotel just opened this year. Everything looks great and exactly the same as in the picture. Plenty of free parking lots at the back of the building. Fair price.
