That staff are very well trained and extremely caring. The facility is well kept and clean. They had three deficiency free surveys in row. Just a sign of how hard all the staff work.

hi my name is Chandra woolford I was a private caregiver in this facility for one year I witness first hand the care the workers there give to there patients they treat them with care and love even the housekeepers are wonderful it is a wonderful staff very helpful I would recommend this care facility for a love one

This facility is a dump. It smells; it's outdated; not clean; the patients look disheveled and unkempt. I would never put a loved one in this depressing place.
