Customer service is horrible. They were speaking Russian behind my back thinking I did not understand. I brought a prescription from a world renowned Eye Doctor and the prescription on the glasses was completely off. They tried blaming my doctor saying that he gave me the wrong prescription. After spending $400 on glasses I would expect them to be courteous and refund the money if the glasses do not fit. They were not off by a little, I could not see at all in them. Horrible service, no respect for the customer what so ever!

My husband and I for the past few years ordered 4 pair of glasses from GRAND VISION store located at Brooklyn on Kings Highway. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - staff is perfect, special I want to say few words about Tatyana who served us all the times with years in between and still remembers… Brilliant!!!! She is so knowledgeable and takes care of everything.
Love this place!! The customer service is excellent! The service is outstanding!!
