Great wonderful job my frist time there's

They are super super friendly and very very nice.

However I have taken my 2 dogs here twice and I am not to impressed. I wanted to get them ready for the summer and asked to cut them down pretty short. I also asked that they leave their faces alone. They are terriers and, their character is in their beards. When I picked them up however they were gone. They are still cute regardless, but not what I had asked for. There were also areas where they shaved and it was uneven and lines/marks that they clipped to much. They were very busy that day, however they should still take their time and give what the customer asked for. Also it was 3 hours that we left our dogs and I don't think they were given any water.

I will never take my dog there again. Not only did she come back with hot spots all itchy, but they also cut her skin and didn't clean her face. They definitely aren't cleaning their tools properly. I've come across plenty of customers who have the same complaints.

My dog took to them so well. The service was personal & friendly & priced well under the quality of service! Don't bother going to those other Posh groomers...you will get the same if not better quality here.
