The only reason why I go to this hardware store is purely out of convenience. They are overpriced, poorly stocked and don't seem to really care. I am always frustrated and annoyed by the experience so I use them only for picture hooks or something small that I need in a pinch. And even then you can't always find what you're looking for!

I've been going there for years. In the past the staff were pleasant and helpful but things have changed for the worse. I was embarrassed and humiliated last summer. The salesman treated menlike dirt. I will never go there again.

They're not the friendliest gut they have a great selection, reasonable prices, and good hours. Prices seem to be around 10% higher than Home Depot on most stuff which for the convenience I'll pay. There's usually 2 or 3 employees around and they seem to know where most stuff is, finding it yourself can get a bit tricky.

I go there because it is convenient and is well-stocked. However, the staff is unpleasant and unhelpful except for one man who usually works in the basement.
