Grand Hyatt New York

When I first walked into the lobby, I was amazed at what I saw. The hotel is so modern! This would be perfect if you like classy spaces. The hotel has a well-chosen location, near lots of stores and interesting stops. It was packed with people going in and out. We stood in line for about 20-30 minutes until we could finally get to the front desk. The woman instructed us with things we needed to know, and then a bellhop piled our luggage onto a cart. He told us we could go straight to our suite. The rooms are very nice and chic. The beds are soft, the place has clearly been sprayed with air-freshener, and the air vents work well. I was feeling thirsty, so I called room service. Someone answered immediately. I asked for a couple glasses of water, and instead of getting complementary glasses of water, I got invited to pay $4.90 for a one-liter bottle at their little shop in the lobby.

Fantastic Hotel.
Great location. Amazing staff. The rooms are great, the bed is comfortable.

My only criticism is the Grand Lounge should be age restricted to 21+.
Too many kids running around while their parents remai ignorant to the signage posted about accompaniment.
