One of my bridesmaids and I went to an appointment at The Grand Chalet and it was the worse experince that I have ever had!!! Intially it stared out okay, I happily explained that I wanted to renew my vows for my 10th anniversary in December. They were eager to accomodate me until I mentioned that it was my wife and I not my husband and I. From that point on I was treated with indifference. The attitude was simply horrible. I left there feeling sad and depressed. I was surprised at the blatant homophobia that I was shown. Although I do know that does exist, to experience it at this type of venue is shocking as well as appalling.
