They very rarely investigate their foster parents and openly converse about personal cases in front of children and non-family members. My daughter sustained a handprint on her shoulder that she attributed to a daycare worker and they insisted I coerced her into saying it although you visibly saw the handprint. They neglected to do any investigation. They do not care about the children. The caseworkers are apathetic and care only for comission. This agency is horrible.

I ran across a child (17years old) that was sleeping in the parks on the bench-we Brought him into our home-over the summer-when school started- I called ACS to ask what to do-they came to my apt- deemed it a safe house for him-And I can take him back to the Agency- I did-When they found out his story- the shut down the Foster care Mother that had him-they placed him in a safe home-
That was in 2011- He still visits to this day!
