These guys get the job done quickly, and their prices are not as demanding as nearby bikestores. But their service won't be as hospitable if you walk around like a dumbfounded pigeon, so don't be offended, just be assertive around these guys. Their service is very reliable.

I came in to get a part for my bike, experienced terrible service. Rude, condescending, mysognistic. Would have gone elsewhere, but I couldn't locate the specific part I needed elsewhere in Brooklyn. Only positive was the part was priced well.

This place is great! One dude put sick new tires on my bike for $5 each while I talked with the asian dude and the fat-joe looking dude, who are both straight up. I had a great time just chatting and laughing with both of them. I mentioned that I was getting a bus to Albany and that Greyhound requires the bike to be in a box - well, no problem! The dudes gave me a box for free. And I paid for the tires and other items in a mix of cash and credit, and he discounted the cash purchase. Two thumbs up! They have a limited selection of tires and maybe a few other items, but they have a large selection of items in general.
The asian dude knows that customers are the lifeblood of his business, unlike Affinity Cycles! SLAM! So go check it, and go do a deal.
