Gracie Inn

I did not get inside. The outside is nice.

The room was dirty, never cleaned for our entire stay. We did not receive breakfast as advertised. The bathroom had soap from the previous guest and we did not get towels. Beer, water bottles in the room and in the refrigerator - half opened. The sheets were dirty, our TV never worked. We had trouble checking in and after that we never saw any person at the front desk. The guests next to us checked ou and were equally disgusted with the hotel. It was a huge disappointment, we had stayed there last year and it was a totally different experience. I believe there is new management and that is why there was such a dramatic stay. I will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

This place is beneath contempt. There is no comparison between its publicized photos and the grim reality. The hotel is filthy. When we arrived, it was clear that the room was vacated moments earlier and had not been touched by any cleaning efforts. The garbage cans were full, we found empty soda cans everywherre, and worst of all, there were no clean towels or sheets. enter at your own risk!!

I just came back from the Big Apple-It was wonderful. Part of the reason it was wonderful was our staying at the Gracie Inn. We had a charming room with the most impeccable service you can
ask for and to top it off breakfast in bed. MR. SASSE took care of
all my needs from information on places to eat,places to see and
even arrange transportation. The Gracie Inn is truly your home
away from home.
