The Highest Level of Jiu Jitsu. Excellent Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and Striking taught by top quality instructors with incredible depth of knowledge and experience. Prof Joe Scarola is one of the finest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructors on the East Coast.

I have my elementary and preschool aged sons enrolled. The three coaches they work with, Dave and the two Carloses, do a fantastic job. Out of all the activities we have tried with these children, this is by far the one they most enjoy and has had the biggest impact on their physical fitness, self esteem and behavior. As soon as the baby is old enough, in he goes too. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.

Best thing I've ever done! When I was considering martial arts, I had all sorts of doubts and concerns- all placed to rest by the staff. Absolute best workout and there is NO other place to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Striking.
