They are the worst. Worst customer service ever. They give you lower price before the service is provided and much higher after, blaming you for 'misunderstanding'. Their 'managers' is the worst thing that could happen to any beauty salon.

Just came back from a mani and eyebrow wax... Nothing special, nothing bad... Very clean. Not very personable, but I didnt mind. They give you like a minute long back massage as your nails are drying.
As for the price... well..it was only 12 bucks! Ive paid $8 and I've paid $35 for the same average quality, so 12 isnt terrible.
Over all, I'd go back only because its close to where I work. Nothing to brag about, but nothing to compln. about either.

For those of you who love Adrianne from Maria Dulay Salon, please know that she has leff and is now at Grace Nail & Spa. Don't be fooled by the reviews for this place, although it may not be the greatest for a mani or pedi, Adrianne still is the best around regardless of where she is!

This used to be my regular place to go, even though they are on the pricey side. However, I have found that even after being a loyal customer and making appointments, I have still been made to wait, or asked to come back later. The management is ridiculous! I will not be going back.
