Dazzled by this small but lavishly stocked neighborhood nursery. Extensive and choice plants, small
trees, bushes, at reasonable prices. Get items here that you will almost never discover at Home Depot
or similar. Informed staff, street parking iffy but usually findable on weekends. Very few competitors of
this quality in northwest Brooklyn. Bill in Boerum Hill

My wife does most of the gardening on our terrace, but while loitering around Gowanus Nursery, I fell in love with the wonderful selection (carnivorous plants! aquatics! cool spiny things!), and the wonderful staff. Now I've 'friended' them on FB, and always look forward to a visit.
