Beautiful park in the Harbor. Now the Hills have opened up it's one of a kind. Rolling hills overlooking the water, the Battery, and Statue of Liberty.

this new picnic spot has some much needed shade and nice views of the statue of liberty. it is also in a part of the park not yet overrun with people.
