Hey secretary lady that makes minimum wage, don't talk to people like that on the phone...you make no decisions for the business, otherwise you wouldn't be answering the phone, you'd actually have a position that matters. The fact that they could train a monkey to do your job, shows how important you are. Treat EVERYONE with respect, you have no idea who I am and can't believe I fought for my country for people like you...disrespectful. WOW!
