Terrible neighbors. They are always honking at each other morning and night as the vans enter or leave their parking lot or shouting back and forth as if they were at a construction site instead of in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Their garage is rodent-infested. And their vans don't have the company name on them but the name of a defunct restaurant that used to be owned by the late Mr. Gottlieb, Caribe. Seems shady. Might need to contact the community board.
