love my new custom radiator covers! Thank you very much for all the work you did on the original design and the subsequent revision. The finished product makes the whole living room look much more formal; and the bedroom looks much cozier with the cover installed. I am a customer of yours for many many years. I have a duplex on the UWS (96th off W.E.A)Gothic Cabinet Craft has made many built-ins for me over a span of many years... My first project was with Tony at your 95th and Broadway location back in 1992. Complete kids room with built-ins on three walls. Moving forward to 2000 I came back to gothic this time to your location on Broadway and 101 street and found Tony there I was so happy he was still around. He and I re-designed my daughters room who now was no longer an infant. Ten years after that I went back to gothic at 101/Broadway store only to find out that Tony had moved to the upper east side I tracked him down and he remembered me right away I was very impressed with that. He re-did my office all over again,we designed the space for newer computer systems and lap tops Well to make a very long story short I must tell you my experience with gothic has been exemplary to say the least. Tony not only did what I thought I wanted he re-designed every project to meet my needs and my budget every time... will once again come to gothic when I need something made to my specifications. I have recommended gothic and Tony in the past and will continue do so in the future. My relationship with your company has been a real pleasure. Thanks to your company my apartment looks great.

I purchased a $6,000 furniture set from you a some time ago for my apartment in NYC. As of late, all the paint was coming off and there were many scratches that I was very unhappy about...especially after the money we have spent on the furniture. I emailed Tony and expressed my disappointment .Just as a few years ago, he was a pleasure to work with once again. He immediately emailed me and asked for pictures and made every effort to help me fix the issue. He responded very efficiently and sent a foreman over to paint the areas that were affected. The finisher that came out was Marcello and he was absolutely excellent as well. I am very happy with the way it was painted, same exact color, and perfectly covered my scratches. Thank you Gothic Cabinet Craft and your wonderful team. I have and will certainly continue to refer people to your store.

Omg was the worst not ever again rather do it myself first they gave away my stuff to someone else after I confirm that my product was ready for delivery the when finally picked up the bed was cracked had to get another one and try to sand it off I just said that never mind and just took my stuff with me because my son is sleeping on his old twin bed which he has had for ever better quality then wat they r making now ugh do frustrated but it is wat it is I had a credit for them thru a bank but I even closed that because I am nor getting g anything from them anymore I'm going to bobs furniture from now on so I don't recommend anyone to get anything from this location so store as it sucks and their customer service is even worse thought I would get treated much better and that my furniture was of better quality but I was wrong nothing to wat I expected war a shame as I'm a big spender

I live in California and the phone service was excellent. The shipping was also top notch.
