Gorgeous Smile

First time I went thought the place was great,loved it...two months later my filling came out...I was not upset or anything went in to get it fix...I guess they only have a one dentist(female)because she was the only one working(she took care of me the first time and i thought she was amazing)...going from room to room and receptionist was helping her...(no assistant?)so after waiting 1hr 1/2 ...I get to see her, explained her what happened,she starts working on my filling,i did this after work i had not brushed my teeth so i felt like i should mentioned this to her, when i did ...she gave me the dirtiest look ...not one word from her and she rinses and cleans the the tooth....5 mins im all done...as she leaving the room without saying anything i said thank you very politely ...I do not get a word or a look from her...I leave happy because all I care its my filling being fix...2 weeks later,it cracks...such a bad a experience and I would not go back to get it fix ....I rather go somewhere else hopefully there is no damge and it would be an easy fix...

I love it here, its very clean. . The staff are awesome everything is just perfect in this place.

i was very scared to go to the dental office after readying the reviews that are posted here. But when i came into the office it was completely different atmosphere then described. Extremely friendly staff, state of the art equipment, the doctor is very knowledgeable in her area. They offered me two types of payment plans, i had my root canal done and i am very pleased with the work they did. i highly recommend this doctor and this office. What a pleasant suprise it was after i left. My whole family is being treated in this office.

Dirty! I saw a spider in the reception area and a cockroach crawled on to my seat while I was on it!

The dentist did not give me much feedback about the fillings I needed. I am sure she said 2 and I ended up with 3. I felt like I was in an assembly line, she immediately left after I was done for lunch and when I came to pay they did not know how many fillings I got and I had to wait. When she came back she lectured the receptionist that she has to make customers pay before she does the work, which was absolutely rude, implying I would not have paid; I could have left and not waited for her.

The only nice thing about the visit was the receptionist who was very sweet and offered her change so we can use it for the parking meter.

Definitely not going back there!

I also do not appreciate how they added some false looking reviews to boost the rating and push the bad reviews to a new page.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was happy with the work done I have no complaints. My only complaint is the lack of responsibility with the paperwork. I have union forms that I use to see the Dr. which I have to sign. I get a call from them stating that I did not sign my daughters form. I go to them the same day and sign the form, two weeks later I get the same call saying I need to sign the form which I already did. I kept getting the calls, finally I went to go speak with an office manager to make a complaint and there was no one. They refuse to give the owners contact info so I left mine for a call back. I ask what is the owners name so I know when I get the call. They refused to give me that as well. This has also happen to my prior visit 6 months earlier. This leaves me to question the professionalism and care with patient information. I was very annoyed. I walked out the place and will wait for a call back before I sign another paper.
