Terrible service! First a clerk placing merchandise hit my cart with her cart on such hard. The same employee little bit later was placing merchandise on shelf when i moved a set of computer speakers to have a look closer. She furiously took them back. She has only one arm. Guess if had two. Either will complain with the manager or never return there. Terrible experience.

I have visited this store from at least 2001 and it has changed negatively over the years. Back in the good days the cashiers would give people discounts. Say if something was marked 10 they would often take 7. I used to bring tons of used and brand new things that I never used, but no more. This place is now a rip off. Their prices are ridiculously high. There is a lady with short hair whom I think is the "manager" or "supervisor" she is extremely cold and never flexible about prices. The place looks empty compared to what it used to look like, and I will help to keep it that way by not giving my donations to a compant which name's is "good will" but charge so much for things they get free. I will check it out once in a while to see if things change, but I will not buy or donate anything here as long as they keep charging so much for things they get for free. Take the advice Good Will, show the good will and pass along the donations for those who need them. People donate things to help others and this company is charging sometimes as much as %60-%70 for donated, used items. No wonder the place has less stock every time I go back to check. Be flexible with prices! These things are meant for others, not for you to profit from people's good will.

I came here to look at the retro games they have and they are priced higher then eBay.. What a scam.. They got all this stuff for free and they have the nerve to rip off poor people.

This place really helps you when it comes to finding a job.

I asked how much something was and the cashier ignored me for about 2minutes while flirting with the security guard. She then told me she can't price it and she can't sell it to me. I said okay and went back by the books. The security guard bypassed an elderly couple and walked up to me to tell me the register is broken and I should leave because they wont be able to ring me up.

First time I experienced reverse racism. I was the only white person in the store. And after I left I watched all the other customers get rung up at the cash register.
