Spoke to their real estate attorney about reviewing a lease for a property we just acquired. After driving to the office and meeting with said attorney we sat down and discussed what updates and changes I wanted to see made. I was excited because the attorney seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. This meeting took place on a Wednesday and the attorney committed to delivery by end of business that Friday. After not hearing back on Friday, I called again the following Monday. I was told, "the Paralegal is sick, and we're a little behind." Ok, fine. After calling 10+ times afterwards and leaving messages with no call backs, holding for 10+ minutes on multiple occasions, I was never able to speak to anyone again.
Total waste of time, especially when dealing with a time sensitive matter that was discussed with the attorney beforehand.
