Technician who arrived, Steven M. was very thorough while inspecting the boiler and he was able to get my heat back on very quickly and was very kind and gracious the entire time he was working. I wouldn't use anybody else going forward and highly recommend them to anyone in the Clark/Westfield area. Top notch service and very fair in their pricing.

Beware of Good Tidings high pressure sales tactics. They are extremely over-priced compared to other similar businesses in the area. For example, they wanted 30% more for a complete HVAC upgrade than a business with similar qualifications as them. Additionally, I got a quote of over $11,000 to replace a cast iron waste pipe. I just had another reputable area plumber do it for less than $1,500. I do not doubt they do good work, but do your homework before doing any work with them.

Steve M of Good Tidings is excellent. We had a major plumbing issue on New Year's Eve and he patiently worked and provided all the options on how he plans to solve the issue. He worked tirelessly to resolve the clog and got everything up and running in a few hours. I am very pleased with Good Tidings. There staff is very professional.

I've been using Good Tidings for over 20 years for a good reason. Their customer service is unparalleled. Every time I've called them the office is very professional and I always have an accurate time frame to expect their technicians arrival. All the technicians have been extremely courteous and neat. They even put drop clothes down to protect my floors. I've used them for everything plumbing, heating, and a/c related in my home. They did a wonderful job installing my new boiler.
