Gonzalez Juan A MD

Dr Gonzalez operated on my uncle two weeks ago, he may be a great surgeon I don't know. I have called his office 2 times to speak to him as per my aunt's instructions, the second time I was a little annoy and I let the girl who answered the phone know. She instead of apologizing for the doctors lack of concern, she yelled back at me saying the he had indeed received the message. I proceeded to leave another message. That was 5 days ago. No phone call, my aunt calls me everyday to see if the doctor called me back, and everyday I tell her the same thing NO. I wouldn't take my dog there.

Dr. Gonzalez is a great surgeon. I absolutely loved him and his mannerisms. He was amazing with my mom during her surgery.

The only problem with Dr. Gonzalez is his staff. The day of my mothers surgery I called to speak with the doctor and he told me to call back and speak with one of his front desk girls. I did and scheduled her appointment. Next thing you know the day of the appointment rolls around and they never scheduled my mother. Therefore they were unable to cancel her since the doctor had an emergency. Instead of being polite and apologizing to someone who has a drain attached to them, they were rude and refused to give my mother an appointment because "they didn't know when he would be back". It wasn't until the manager came out and told him to give her an appointment with his partner that they gave her an appointment.

I honestly think he needs better people working for him.

I'd take her some where else just because of the people working his appointments.
