In a busy city like NYC, with heavy traffic and full of grid locks, specially during rush hours, this company has proven to be effective. They know the city very well and know what routes are best to get you there on time.

Unfortunately my company contracts with Golden Touch for pickups from LaGuardia. They have never been on time for a pickup and most of the time we wait 30-45 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Use a different transport vendor in NYC at any cost.
