I don't even wanna give them 1 star. The customer service auckwd and so did the food ordered shrimp lo mein and it was mad mushy. Absolutely Disgustin!

Absolutely horrible service and I had to throw away my food... still got sick. Called to order take out guy didnt even let me finish my order before he hung up on me. I call back to finish and before I even made the order I let him know I would be using a credit card... didnt stop him from hanging up... I call back to tell him its on a card but his attitude was so rude I said forget it i'll just use cash .. his words exactly "oh so why call back rich guy?" and hung up ...normally I dont do these and normally I would just cancel the order but I was starving and didnt want to walk anywhere near me.. food gets here its chewy and old the meat clearly had to be sitting out warm for it to be that chewy .. needless to say Im currently sick this place is terrible DO NOT GET SICK AND WASTE YOUR MONEY

I saw previous reviews but decided to take a chance on them. Some peoples experiences are not always others. BIG MISTAKE! To put it mildly the customer service sucks!! It was okay at first but IT SUCKS NOW! The food is pleasant and I've ordered from them in times past. HOWEVER when I call and you are rude to me and act like you are doing me some great favor by showing up to work and preparing some food it's a wrap with me. IM Soooo done with this place and to add insult to injury you ask me flat out WHAT YOU WANT when I call good food or not all bets are off. You are not the only place in the city who cooks can prepare good Chinese food. So I advise everyone to AVOID this place and take your money elsewhere and get good service with good food. Afterall, why should you have to choose between the two? Whether good or bad food. When it is consumed it all gets digested but good food isn't so good when I'm being disrespected just for having the pleasure of eating it. So Golden Dragon in Hillside New Jersey has lost my patronage. THEY REALLY NEED TO BE NICER TO PEOPLE!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR DRIVERS ARE GETTING TIPS AND THE SUCCESS OF YOUR RESTAURANT DEPENDS ON THE PEOPLE WHO EAT FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!! P.S. I would of gave negative or 0 stars on them but Google doesn't have that option. Google rocks though and thank you for allowing people to inform the public about businesses. People should be able to be well informed about businesses before giving them their service. Thank you much GOOGLE.

This is only a last resort place to go when you are starving and when Mcdonalds is not a option in Hillside. They treat everybody like trash even on phone and in person. Their philosophy is if your hungry you come eat here, if not then no. They stay open a little later then the other chinese restaurants to get the desperate hungry diners. But they are so rude and literally their philosophy is take it or leave it. If your hungary you order and take our rude treatment. If the energy is negative I won't eat. This place business philosophy is so backwards and must learn to have a little customer service and not yell at people for ordering food. Extremely rude people that have Mantra of take it or leave it. I will never order here again after being yelled at for questioning a price that didn't match menu price.

this was no experience this was a total nightmare i have never seen such
unprofessional attitude poor service very disrespectful in every way if i were the owners of this establishment i would be worried about a visit from the health board but that bruce lee wanna be has one more time to get nasty on the phone with me then hell see me face to face and he can get a proper use your imagination
